In the early ‘90s Monique van Reijen and a team of collegues started pioneering as young internet business developers in a large ICT service provider for the financial industry, with services such as virtual finance and e-business. As a communications manager she was responsible for both internal and external communications.

Then, in 2001, Monique saw opportunities in combining special interest television content with the interaction potential of internet and mobile devices. Commissioned bij a group of tv-producers she developed a successful cross-media approach. Some years later, she was asked by a Dutch number 1 artist agency to use her experience to establish a cross-media agency and develop campagns.

THLC is an indepemdent company since 2008. When it is desirable, a projectteam can be formed in a multi-disciplinary network.
